While HEX's production desk sits in Los Angeles, its new-business channels are deliberately local. Three territory reps cover East Coast, Midwest, and South markets, each with a direct line into the production team.

The company says the structure is less about growth theater and more about response time. "A bid that waits for one coastal inbox is a bid that loses," a producer noted. "Territory lines let the conversation start in the room where the work is happening."
